• Can be used 3-7 x per week 
• On days you’re not using the Jojoba & Vanilla Bean Body Polish use the Silk Woven Exfoliating Mitt lightly on the treated area whilst showering.
• Use the Mitt on dry skin using light, upward stokes up towards the heart, as a cellulite treatment in place of a body brush
